Apple device
If you encounter a notification that your device is not compatible, it is because the GPS is not available on your device. This is the case for “iPads WiFi” versions. Only iPads WiFi+3G offer a GPS. If you cannot find Troovie in the App Store it is probably because your device is too old. Troovie is available for iPhone 4 and above and also for iPad 2 and above.
Android device
We cannot service all Android devices, unfortunately. Your device must at least have a camera, GPS and Android OS version 2.3 or higher. If you cannot download Troovie, your device unfortunately does not meet the minimum requirements.
